Terms and conditions

These beta terms describe the product as it exists today. They should be reviewed by qualified New Zealand counsel before real-money payments launch.

1. The service

Slab Market is a beta entertainment game offering digital-only fantasy collectibles. Cards, Vault Grades, coins, shards, prices and collection values exist only inside the game and have no cash or redemption value.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for accurate account information, maintaining password security and activity performed through your account. Do not use the service to harass others, automate abusive activity, manipulate results or attempt unauthorised access.

3. Game rules

Published odds apply to server-generated pack results. Collection progress, rewards and game balances may be adjusted during beta to correct defects or rebalance the game. Material changes should be disclosed.

4. Payments

Real-money payments are not currently enabled. Store prices and checkout screens are demonstrations only. Updated commercial terms, age requirements and refund rights must be presented before any charge is accepted.

5. Availability

The beta may change, pause or end. Reasonable care is taken to protect cloud saves, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

6. Intellectual property

Slab Market’s original card art, names, interface and branding are protected content. Personal sharing of in-game pull graphics is allowed; scraping or commercial republication is not.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, the beta is supplied without guarantees beyond those expressly stated.
